  • Power-Efficient ARM Dual Core with Real-Time MCU: Features up to Dual-Core Arm® Cortex®-A55 (1.7GHz) for high-level OS and compute tasks, and Cortex®-M33 (250MHz) for low-power real-time control—ideal for multi-tiered edge workloads.
  • Dedicated ARM® Ethos™-U65 NPU (0.5 TOPS performance): Paired with NXP’s eIQ® toolkit, this enables low-power ML at the edge, leveraging multi-face recognition, pose estimation, wake-word detection and time series algorithms.
